Ministry of Injustice

Well, here we go again. A request to Sussex Police to pass judgement on a work of photography and whether or not the CJ&I part 5 applies to it, has so far exceeded three weeks for a response. I'll keep you up to date with the apparent lack of progress. Needless to say that some quarters of the press are now watching this episodes apparent lack of unfolding.

You can also take heart that should the MoJ send the boys and girls in blue to knock down your door and drag you off to court to answer for your artistic tastes, that the various Magistrate you appear in front of is likely to be more lenient to your cause after court and prision services are being ordered to make swathing cuts by the MoJ who have just spent a bleedin' fortune refurbing their own building. For your day in court, you are advised to wrap up warmly. One Magistrate is already letting people appear in their court wearing their outdoor clothes as it is so cold.
